Our repair & re-grouting process

Surfaces & settings we work on

  • Stones: marble, limestone, travertine, granite, slate, terrazzo.

  • Spaces: offices, hotels, retail & showrooms, schools & colleges, healthcare & care settings, landlords & facilities, leisure venues, washrooms and wet zones.

Aftercare & Maintenance:

  • Neutral daily cleaner; avoid acidic products on calcareous stones (marble, limestone, travertine).

  • Use felt pads under furniture; lift—don’t drag.

  • Plan periodic hone/polish and sealer top-ups to extend service life.

  • For kitchens/wet areas, schedule grout inspections to catch minor issues early.

FAQs

Yes. We stabilise the crack with thin epoxy injections or surface resin, then hone and polish to blend. If the tile is structurally failed, we’ll advise on replacement.

Epoxy is available in many colours. We colour-match cementitious shades closely; the finish is slightly tighter and more stain-resistant; ideal for washrooms and food service.

We use point-of-source extraction, wet processes and containments. Most works are scheduled out of hours; areas can often reopen the next trading day.

Yes, specified diamond honing reduces minor lippage and scratch patterns, improving safety and appearance without full replacement.

We recommend it for most natural stone and grout. It doesn’t make the surface “bulletproof,” but it significantly slows down staining and eases cleaning.
